- All payments must be made in advance for the chosen subscription plan.
- Invoices are sent automatically after payment confirmation.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
- You have been charged twice for the same plan; or
- A technical error on our system prevented service activation.
No refunds are given for:
- Change of mind after activation
- Policy violations or misuse
- WhatsApp bans or third-party issues
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment by emailing support@whatsappbutton.com.
- Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by email.
- Cancellation prevents renewal but does not refund the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, access remains active until the paid period ends.
- Renewal Policy
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.
- Renewal reminders may be sent via email or WhatsApp.
