1. Payment & Billing

• All prices are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise.
• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You authorize us or our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method.
• Non-payment may lead to suspension of your account.

1. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once the integration or setup is completed.
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

• Double payment or duplicate billing error
• Technical failure directly caused by our platform preventing service activation

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment at support@whatsappbutton.com.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us.
Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not refund the current active period.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or bulk promotional messages via WhatsApp;
• Misrepresent your identity or business;
• Violate WhatsApp’s Commerce or Business Policy;
• Modify, copy, or resell our scripts;
• Use automation for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Violation will lead to immediate suspension without refund.

1. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate with WhatsApp, Meta, Twilio, or other APIs.
You acknowledge that:

• These are independent third-party platforms;
• We are not responsible for downtime, bans, or policy changes by these platforms;
• You must ensure compliance with their terms and policies.

• Data is processed securely and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

1. Intellectual Property

All materials on our website – software, UI, graphics, scripts, and content – belong to WhatsApp Button.
You are granted a limited license to use them for your own business integration.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell our tools.

1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages;
• Loss of data, revenue, or customers;

Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the last billing cycle.

1. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms or laws;
• Misuse the Service;
• Fail to pay renewal fees;
• Pose a compliance or security risk.

No refund will be issued upon termination.

1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
